What Operational Training is
Operational Training Company exists to build capable shooters under pressure. We train fundamentals that hold when the clock is running, the environment is imperfect, and the margin for error is thin. From pistol and rifle work to close-quarters problem solving, every course is built around clear standards, honest coaching, and reps that translate outside the square range.
